Father Milligan will be in your area come the spring of 2010. His life has been one of ups and downs, not always his own doing, just he seems to be a magnet for the unexpected and the very misunderstood. His distinctive wearing of The DaDa hat is his association with South America and the great adoration they gave him, much due to the story that travelled at the time of and after his birth. A story much afforded by his father, that the family home was spared disarster in a terrible storm, that by the intervention of higher  sources at the time of young Nicks birth. That caused many to want to touch his bum as a blessing. A practice that caused him no end of problems in his life, even in South America.
